“The Duo” & “The Trio”

 

On Thursday June 1st at 5pm the tickets will go on sale for theThe Duo! Here is the link to sign up for the event. We will post it on our website and our event page. Thanks and look forward to having you all compete at our event!

Here are this years standards for The Duo!
Men (Rx’d/Scale)
Clean (225/135) reps
Snatch (165/95) low volume
Deadlift (315/185) reps
Shoulder to Overhead (185/115) low volume
KB Variations swings, squats, single arm overhead squats (rx’d only), Snatch (rx’d only), Clean, Jerk, etc.. (2/1.5) Tire Flips (Light)

Gymnastics:

Rx’d
Handstand walks
Handstand push ups (kip)
Pull ups (strict or kip)
Ring Muscle ups (strict or kip)
Pistols
Toes to bar
Double Unders
Rope Climbs
Scaled:
Pull ups (kip)
Sit ups
Air squats
Burpees
Single unders

Here are the standards for this years event:
Women (Rx’d/Scale)
Clean (155/95) reps
Snatch (105/65) low volume
Deadlift (225/125) reps
Shoulder to Overhead (125/75) low volume
KB swings, squats, single arm overhead squats (rx’d only), Snatch (rx’d only), Clean, Jerk, etc.. (1.5/1)
Gymnastics:
Rx’d
Handstand walks
Handstand push ups (kip)
Pull ups (strict or kip)
Ring Muscle ups (kip)
Pistols
Toes to bar
Double unders
Rope Climbs
Scaled:
Pull ups (kip)
Sit ups
Air squats
Burpees
