This class is geared towards everyone who wants to learn how to Row and use it correctly to benefit their overall health and wellness. We want to help people who may not want to lift weights or join a cross-training class to still get high quality coaching and programming to help with their fitness. We also want to provide another avenue for our current or future clients a chance to add more cardiovascular conditioning to their routine. We are excited to have this program added to our gym to offer just another high quality fitness routine to our daily classes. Come join us for a free class any Tuesday or Thursday morning at 6am.
