20 Flat Dumbbell Bench Press

30 GHD Situps/V-ups/Ab mat Situps

20 BB Curls

30 Russian Swings

20 BB Overhead Tricep Extensions

30 Walking Lunges

20 BB Upright Row

x 3 rounds for time, but make sure to maintain quality movement because you must look cool while doing this workout; looking cool is a KEY component of this, as we all know Jon Day always looks cool
