Artis Strength and Fitness – Cross-Training

Metcon (Time)

Airdyne (cals)

HSPUs/Push Ups

Box Jumps

Pull ups on rings

V-ups

mountain climbers

Your reps each round will be determined by the number of Burpees a team member does in 30 seconds on the other team. Each member will get a chance or two to perform Burpees to give to the other team for reps. The other team will have to perform the reps of Burpees for the given movement they are on. More explanation will come at the gym.
