1. Romanian Deadlift (RDL) (20 seconds)

2. Front Squat (20 seconds)

3. Overhead Squat (20 seconds)

4. Good Morning (20 seconds)

5. Press (20 seconds)

6. Back squat (20 seconds)

Rest 2 minutes.
