30 stone Deadlifts
40 KB farmers carry walking lunges
50 DB renegade rows with push up after each arm
You can complete in any order in any amount they want. Example:
You can do 2 prowlers, 3 stone Deadlifts, 4 walking lunges, 5DB for 10 rounds
All renegade rows then 10 Deadlifts then 20 walking lunges and so on.
All you have to do is complete all the reps of the given movement in any order and then time is up.
