Artis Strength and Fitness – Cross-Training

We focus so much on the physical side of training so the next two weeks we are going to focus on getting mentally stronger. We will have workouts, skills, and other activities to help us break down some mental barriers that may be holding us back in our fitness goals. These will all be related to things we can do in the gym but we will be posting sites, people, articles, and other quality resources to help you achieve your goals.

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
