Teams of 2.
Burpee Box Jumps
You will have 5 minutes at each.
Partner 1 does 1 power clean
Partner 2 does 1 burpee box jump
then 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, and so forth.
after 5min is up you will switch movements
Come join in the fun on Tuesday at 530pm and Saturdays at 1015am! Our class is growing and it is so much fun watching these kids enjoy working out together!
