Artis Strength and Fitness – Cross-Training

100 Walking Lunges

80 KB Swings

60 no push up burpees

40 toes to bar

20 power cleans (185/125)

Do not let the hips fall to the floor on your burpees and focus on keeping belly tight! Power cleans must be perfect by focusing on a solid set up and receiving the bar with flat feet and on your shoulders!
