Free workout at 10am! Come in a join us and do the workout in a team or solo! We will adjust to workout to fit your skill level! Bring food and drinks as well! We will be taking donation until Wednesday!

Thank you for thinking of the Veterans here at the VA! The following is a list of items that are in high demand:

Coffee (regular and decaf)

Individual packets of creamer, sugar, and artificial sweetener

Packages of razors

Denture cream


Cash (used to purchase other types of supplies as needed i.e. if a Veteran would need a pair of shoes, etc.)

Baby wipes (travel size for homeless Veterans)

Non-perishable food items (for Veterans Food Pantry)

Pop-top non-perishable food items (given to homeless Vets who normally do not have a can opener)

Bottled water

Lip Balm

Murph (Time)

For Time:

1-Mile Run

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Air Squats

1-Mile Run

If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
