15 sit ups


15 Burpees

15 KB Swings (1.5/1)

15 Front Squats (95/65)


15 Push Presses (95/65)

15 Deadlifts (95/65)

15 Parralette Pass Throughts

5min AMRAP each 3 person teams. 1 min rest between workouts.
