Artis Strength and Fitness – Cross-Training

Front Squat (4-3-2-4-3-2)

Heavy for each set. Try to go heavier for your second set of 4-3-2.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8min AMRAP Burpees

After every 12 burpees you must hold pull up position for 20 seconds.

Hold chest to bar

Chin over bar

90 degree angle

Dead hang

If you drop you must start the 20 seconds over. Score is burpees
