Do weighted dips if you can! Do dips off boxes, rings, pull up bar, jerk boxes, any way you can to challenge yourself!

EXCITING NEWS! Travis Jewett of the Mobility WOD seminar staff will be at Artis October 7th for his Mastering the Basics workshop. Jewett will discuss the setup, bracing, and mechanics of the four big lifts: Deadlift, bench, press, and squat!
