Artis Strength and Fitness – Cross-Training

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Heaviest total weight moved plus cals on row.

6min for max deadlifts

8min for max cals

6min for max push ups

8min for max cals

Even number for each team. You can switch out weight for deadlifts as often as you want and push ups score as follows.

25# plate on your back = BW +25

Bodyweight = your bodyweight

Red band = -20 off bodyweight

Orange band = -40 off bodyweight

If you can do bodyweight you cannot use bands for more reps.

After each attempt you must multiply reps x weight. You can only have one person working at a time and once their attempt is over they must switch.
