The next 6 weeks we are going to work on different levels of gymnastic pulling.

-Let’s first understand a stable position on the bar and a connected kipping swing.

1- Strict pull ups

2-Kipping pull ups

3-Strict ring muscle ups

4-Strict bar muscle ups

5-Kipping ring muscle ups

6-Kipping bar muscle ups

We must get the basics down first. Most people still struggle to keep a tight connected swing, so today is work on that alone!

Start with hollow and arches from the floor and then move to bar and then move to rings. Focus on active shoulders and elbow position.
