Artis Strength and Fitness – Cross-Training

Paused Front Squat (2-2-2-2)

Pause 3 seconds at the bottom of the squat. Focus on keeping tight at the bottom and maintaining correct position throughout the entire squat.

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Max effort

Kipping pull ups

Rest 30 seconds

Max effort Push ups

Rest 30 seconds

Max effort v-ups

Rest 30 seconds

Max row at 110% pace of your 500m

rest 1min

3 rounds
