Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)



KB Swings (2/1.5)

8 rounds

You will do 20 seconds of burpees then rest 10 seconds and do 20 seconds of kb swings and rest 10 seconds for 8 rounds. Lowest reps for each will be your score.
