Fartlek team run

3 person teams

Running in line the first person will carry a medball and the other two will run behind. You can switch as often as you want but the person in front will move to the back.

600m team run

9 rounds of cindy (3 rounds each)

(5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats)

4 rounds
