Warm-up

Cone game!

One half of class is tipping the cones over and the other half is putting them back up. The team with the most cones up or tipped over wins. Best of 7! Loser does 10 Burpees each round!

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Tabata

Push ups

Air squats

KB Swings (1.5/1)

Box Jumps (24/20) must step down.

Do each movment for 8 rounds of 20 on 10 off. Total reps is your score
