Handstand Walk (1-1-1-1)

Work on Handstand walks. Progressions would be,

-Wall Walks

-Handstand Holds

-Lateral Walks on wall

-Handstand Walks to the Wall

-Handstand kick up without wall

Metcon (Weight)



Strict Pull Ups

Ring Dips

Not for time add weight for difficulty for cleans and the gymnastics
