3rd min – 15 Burpees

4th min – 15 Cal Row

5th min 15 Box Jumps

25min (5 rounds)

You will rest the remaining minute and move on to the next movement.

We have an amazing group of kids in our Kids Class! If you have a child from 6-11 years old and loves to have fun this is the class for them. Come check us out tonight at 530pm! Coach Shelly always makes it exciting for the kids!
