A&B- 1min Max Double Unders as team

A-1min Single Arm KB Walking Lunge (1.5/1)

B-1min Thrusters (95/65)

A-1min KB Swings (1.5/1)

B-1min C2B Pull Ups

A-1min Push Presses (95/65)

B-1min HSPUs

A-1min Burpees over the bar

B-1min Toes to Bar

A-1min Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

B-1min Wall Balls

A&B-1min Max Double Unders as a team

Once you have made it down the list you must work your way back up and now Person A become Person B. You will each do the movements once. Max reps wins!


The hot days of summer! Soon we will be back out running and probably saying how it’s, “TOO HOT” ;)! Most people stop working out in the winter and then want to quickly see results for summer. Stay consistent and you will see results year round!
