This is for time and each round I want you to add difficulty to each movement.

Use KB or weight belt on pull ups or less of a band.

Add weight to split lunges with KB/BB/Medball. Ten each leg.

Add deficit to HSPUs or height to box if we are scaling.

Add weight on Medball or use a plate to add weight as well.

Weighted Pull-ups (5-5-5-5)

Split Lunges (10-10-10-10)

Handstand Push-ups (15-15-15-15)

Med Ball V-Up (20-20-20-20)
