Back Squat (10-10-10-10)

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

After each set of 10 Back Squats perform

10 V-ups

20 Russian KB Swings (2/1.5)

40 Double Unders

rest 3-5min between sets



Emily S. and Michelle will be competing at the Hydro Power Hour together on the 14th. Make sure you go out and cheer them on. Look forward to a great 2017!
