Every 3min complete 2 rounds

10 toes to bar

10 Power Cleans (135/95)

Add 2 reps every set. Keep going until you cannot complete the reps.

We switched the bars so the pull up bars are brand new! Rest the rest of your 3 minutes when you have completed your two rounds.
