Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Deck of Death!

Hearts = Wall Balls

Diamonds = Burpees

Spades = Sit ups

Clubs = Walking lunges

Every 30 seconds a new card will be drawn and you must complete that many reps. For example:

5 of hearts will be 5 wall balls

King of clubs will be 13 walking lunges.

26min will be our cut off.
