Artis Barbell – 430pm

Artis Kids – 530pm

Try to keep the same times

Then….

Death by Burpees

Add 1 Burpees each min for first 5 minutes

Add 2 Burpees for the next 5 minutes

Add 3 Burpees for the next 5 minutes

Add 4 Burpees for the next 5 minutes
