CrossFit Artis – CrossFit

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

2 teams

Each team will perform 4 rounds each

1 team will run a 300m

The other will be doing 2 for 1 wall balls for the odd rounds and C2B for the even rounds.

You will pick one person on the other team to shout out when you come back from the run. When you do that person alone must stop. Until everyone is back then the teams may switch. Let’s have some fun!
