Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 C2B pull ups

9 Hand release push ups

12 Wall Balls

Every other minute for 30min

Your goal is to get these reps in during the minute. When the minute hits you must stop. If you get 12 wall balls in you will stop and rest the remainder of the minute.
