We will be hosting Lift Up Autism on Saturday Sept. 10th during our regular class times. We will have a page designated to us for you all to donate if you would like. We will have more info in the next couple of days. 

WORKOUT DETAILS

“LUKE”

5 MIN AMRAP

4 Power Cleans: 155 lbs. men/105 lbs. women

24 Double Unders

10 Pull-Ups

The “Luke” workout is challenging but accessible. We have scaling options to accommodate athletes of all abilities and experience levels.
If you’re new to CrossFit or have never done these movements, there are many other ways to participate and get involved. 

Today’s workout

Deadlift

9-7-5-3

Add 10-20# from last time

Then….

10min AMRAP

3 rope climbs. (Bring long socks to cover those legs)

5 thrusters (135/85)

Add 2 thrusters to each round you complete.
