Today starts a new strength program. This program is designed to focus on perfecting your movement and not moving up in weight unless we master the movement. We have to improve our understanding of when we need to be going up in weight and when we need to stay or go down.

Are you performing butterfly pull ups and your strict and kipping are not perfect? Do you have perfect strict HSPUs? If not, you need to be working toward it instead of performing a high volume of kipping HSPUs. We need to continue to work on the long term results and by doing that we have to make sure we keep ourselves healthy in the short term!
