Rest Day (No Measure)

Work on weakness!

Today is our Rest Day, which is designed to have people come in and recover from the previous workouts. Some people will use it to do a workout they missed from earlier in the week. Some people will learn about their flexibility and how to improve it so they can decrease their injuries. Some people will work or find a weakness and work on it. Our Rest Days are very important because we can help make an individualized plan for your health and fitness. If you want to learn more about yourself Rest Days are the days to come in! We have had so many people come in and try us out this week so far and we love having you all in! Keep coming in and enjoying our Free Week and if you haven’t made it in you still have 3 more days!
