Another great day of our Free Week and look forward to day three. Make sure you wear LONG SOCKS today for rope climbs. You will know why when you get here. Our rest day is tomorrow but that doesn’t mean to not come in. Classes still run the same but we can work on your weaknesses of increase your flexibility to help with decreasing injuries. You will learn a lot from Rest Days.
