Last Day of the Free Week!

We have 915am class and 1015am open gym.  We also have our Youth Strength and Conditioning at 1015am if you have any middle or high school athletes that want to learn how to lift properly.  Also at 1015am we have our Artis Barbell Class as well.  We got some new equipment for Artis Barbell to help our athletes perform!

Team workout

2 teams

Team 1a and 2a will be pushing the prowler D+B for 7 minutes

3 min rest

Team 1b and 2b will be performing AMRAP

10 toes to bar

10 KB Swings

10 Burpees over bar

You will alternate people on the prowler for part A for 7min with 3min rest at the end.  You will perform part B in a waterfall fashion where one athlete will do 10 toes to bar and all other athletes will wait in line, once toes to bar are over they move to KB Swings and the next person in line goes to toes to bar.  You will continue this fashion for 10min.  Once the ten minutes is up the teams will switch.  Come in and lets finish this Free Week off with a great team workout!
