Sometimes we don’t think about how we stand or sit all day and how it has an affect on our posture.  When you start thinking about it you will become more aware of how it affects your life as well.  Come in and lets fix what we do to ourselves on a daily basis!

Rest Day

This is the most important day to come in!  We will be running classes like usual but today is a day to come in and work on what will make you better.  This could be making up a workout you missed earlier in the week.  This could be working on your flexibility.  This could be working on a movement that you need to improve on.  This could be getting more strength or endurance work in.  What ever your weakness we can make sure we get an hour to work in it.

Come in and learn how to improve yourself.  If you want to come in for the Free Week and get a workout in, there will be one posted at the gym!
