Start every min with 5 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)

1st min you complete C2B Pull Ups

2nd min you complete HSPUs

When you have completed 100 reps of each your workout is done.  If you complete one for for the other then you will get that minute to rest after your 5 med ball cleans.
