3 sets of 30 second perfect handstand holds against the wall

800m row easy pace

25 Hollow Arches

3 sets of perfect hollow and arch swings on the rings 10 reps each

600m row easy pace

25 Hollow rocks

3 sets of 10 power snatches (95/65) perfect movement

400m row easy pace

25 hollow Arches

3 sets of 10 power cleans (95/65) perfect movement

200m row easy pace

25 hollow rocks

3 sets of 10 Overhead squats (95/65)

10min mobility to finish
