If anyone would like to join in the 5am Thanksgiving Feast come in for 5am class and bring some food to enjoy.  You will “hopefully” enjoy some great food after this workout!

Prowler Push D+B (45/25)

20 Double KB Russian Swings (1.5/1)

10 Burpee Box Jumps

20min AMRAP

5+ people on a team you will start when the prowler returns after D+B

3-4 people on a team you will start when the person in front of you is done with their Swings

1-2 people on a team you will start when the person in front of you is done with their round
