Congrats to everyone who competed over the weekend.  We are proud of everyone who competed at the Fall Brawl and the Rumble N Jungle!  Great work and keep up the hard work.

You will do all 8 rounds of 20 on 10 off of rowing then 8 rounds of Push us and so on.  Lowest round is your score!

You need to squat to maintain great joint health and strength in the joints. Understanding the squat will improve your life and improve your joints as well.  Learn how to do it right and do it often.  Email us with any questions at crossfitartis@gmail.com.
