EVENT 8 – PARTNER TEST

For time:
200 toes-to-bars, while 2 teammates hold loaded barbells overhead
200 shoulder-to-overheads (135/95 lb.), while 2 teammates hang from the pull-up bar

Notes

Only one athlete may perform toes-to-bars or shoulder-to-overheads at a time. Toes-to-bar and shoulder-to-overhead reps count only if another two teammates are in the static hold position.

Each teammate must complete at least 25 reps of each movement.

Racks are not permitted.

The team’s score is the total time to complete the workout.

200 sit-ups, while 2 teammates hold barbells overhead
200 shoulder-to-overheads (75/55 lb.), while 2 teammates hang from the pull-up bar
