EVENT 6 – DEADLIFT/ROW/OHS RELAY

As a relay in the order M1-M2-F1-F2, each athlete completes:
30 deadlifts (185/135 lb.)
30-calorie row
30 overhead squats (95/65 lb.)

Notes

At the call of “3-2-1 … go,” Male 1 begins the chipper. When he finishes, Male 2 will complete the chipper. Next, the process will repeat for the women but at lighter weights.

The team’s score is the total time to complete the relay.

If you are doing the team series you can start this workout today without Press or with Press.  People who are not doing the team series will do one round of above.  Good Luck
