Classes will run the same but it will be more of an open gym set up. You may make up a workout you missed previously in the week, you can work on your flexibility, you can work on a weakness, and if you do not know what to work on come in and chat with us. This day is the most important day of the week! We want to help you understand what will improve your recovery, help you stay injury free, and improve your fitness by attacking your weaknesses. This is always a great day to clear up any confusion on how you move, modify workouts, and anything else you need clarification with. We look forward to helping you along with your fitness!
