Day 3 of Free Week

Today’s focus is going to be to learn one of the Olympic Lifts.  The ability to Olympic lift is one of the biggest focuses here at our gym.  It doesn’t matter if your Snatching a PVC pipe, a barbell, or a relatively heavy weight.  Your ability to understand the lift and move well through it shows that you have great balance, accuracy, strength, flexibility, speed, power, and so many other aspect that help with your overall health and fitness.
