Learn how to squat.
This might be the most important movement you will learn to do for your health and fitness. If you do not know how to squat properly through a full range of motion you are going to do some damage to your body. If you are not squatting at all you need to learn because it will help you in all aspects of your life!
Front Squat (70%)
Strict pull ups (banded and scaled options will be discussed)
Walking Lunges KB in each hand
Use weight if possible for pull ups and push ups, your walking lunges will be 10 each leg then 9 each leg and so forth.
