Each time you drop the plates you have to perform 15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

Accumulate 1min in a L-hold on a pull up bar

Each time you drop you must perform 10 2 for 1 wall balls (20/14)

Accumulate 2min of a wall sit

Each time you drop you must perform 50 Double Unders

2 rounds for time
