4th Day of our Free Week
Classes still run as scheduled but today is the day to come in and learn how to better your recovery. This could be how to increase your range of motion (mobility/flexibility), learn what you could be doing during your workouts to get more out of them. Better your technique on the movements we do in the gym. This is a great hour to learn more about yourself!
You better be strong and flexible, not just strong or not just flexible. Improvement of your daily life needs both!
