Front Squat x2 + Back Squat x5
4 sets with 3min rest between sets
You will use 85% of your front squat for both. You will perform 2 front squats rack it up and then immediately perform 5 back squats. If you are used to high bar then perform high bar, but if you are used to low bar (which most of you are) you will perform low bar.
Prowler push down and back 12 trips for the remainder of class. You can rest as needed but I want you recording your fastest and slowest time.
Eric showing us a great position for the snatch when the bar passes the knee. Weight is in the heels, shoulders way infront of the bar, shins vertical, hamstrings engaged, eyes straight ahead, lats/shoulders tight, and the only thing missing is his lifting shoes :)! Great stuff, no wonder he won the award for best movement!
