High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push Press + High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push Jerk + High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Split Jerk

(each clean must pass through a squat everytime and the cleans are touch and go from the floor)

You will have 20min to establish 1rm of complex

then…

Max Effort

Wall Balls 1 set

rest 1 min

Toes to bar 1 set

rest 1 min

1min max distance row

Score is max reps added to your meters on the row
