+ 3 Front Squats
After you have established your max for the complex, you will perform one complex every 90 seconds at 80% of max for the day for five sets.
Reminder that this Saturday is the Battle of the Belles at Crossfit Vise in Council Bluffs (first workout will be held outside Storz Trophy Room at the riverfront). It will be a short event, with the second and third workouts held at Vise with plans to be finished by noon. The gym will be closed this Saturday in an effort to encourage everyone to come and cheer on your CFA teams competing that day, as well as support and donate to a much deserved cause, breast cancer awareness.
