Tim M. has been setting goals for himself and has been working really hard to achieve them.  He is pushing himself to become better and now he is going to push himself Individually at the Battle.  We are proud of Tim and where he has come from.  Who else will be joining Brett and Tim at the Battle?

rest as needed between sets

every meter over 100m you have to perform 3 Wall Balls (max 30 wall balls each round)

every meter under 100m you have to perform 3 HR Push Ups (max 30 HR Push Ups)
